Some stories were never meant to be translated. Your story deserves to be heard in the language that feels like home.
You've translated for everyone else. Now it's your turn to be understood.
If right now is heavier than a website should hold: call or text 988 — a real person, right now, free.
Therapy shouldn't require translating yourself first. Here, the words tied to family, faith, memory, and home can arrive the way they actually come to you — in Spanish, in English, or moving between the two.
Aquí puedes decirlo en el idioma en el que lo sientes.
Your story deserves to be heard in the language that feels most like home.
For many people, language is more than words—it carries culture, family, memories, values, and identity. At Mosaic, we offer therapy in Spanish for clients who feel most comfortable expressing themselves in their native language or who want a therapist who understands the cultural experiences that shape their lives.
Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, or personal growth, therapy is available in a way that honors both your story and your language. Our Spanish-speaking therapists provide compassionate, culturally responsive care for individuals and families. You don’t have to translate your pain, your story, or yourself to be understood.
¿Buscas terapia en español? Aquí puedes hablar en el idioma en el que piensas y sientes.

You can talk through anxiety, grief, a hard season, or old wounds the way you’d really say them — not a simplified version. Your therapist understands the context around the words, too: the family expectations, the cultural weight, the things that often go unspoken. The goal isn’t to perform “being okay.” It’s to have a space where your whole story — including the parts shaped by culture and language — is understood and taken seriously.
This is for adults who’d feel more at home doing this work in Spanish — whether that’s your first language, the language of your family, or simply where you feel most yourself. People come in for all kinds of reasons: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, big life transitions, and substance use, among others. You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. You just need a place to start.

At Mosaic, Spanish-language care is led by Tiffany Villarroel, LSW, LCADC — a bilingual therapist who offers sessions fully in Spanish or English. She has over ten years of experience working with adults, earned her master’s in social work from Kean University, and practices with a culturally responsive lens that recognizes the role of identity, family, and lived experience in healing. She has a particular understanding of the cultural values and family dynamics often present in Hispanic communities.
“I welcome clients from all backgrounds… offering a space where clients can express themselves comfortably and authentically in their preferred language.”
