A clinical home, not a platform.
You didn’t train for years to be a line item in an app — measured in response times, swapped out by an algorithm, alone with the hardest cases. Mosaic was built on a different premise: that therapists do their best work when they’re known, supported, and part of something.
What a practice can be.
Grow under real supervision
Mosaic’s clinical culture is led by a co-founder who supervises and teaches therapists — as a clinical supervisor at Rutgers UBHC’s Challenge Program and at Project99, and as a professor in the Social Work Department at Seton Hall University. Consultation and growth aren’t perks here; they’re the point.
Belong to a real team
8 clinicians who know each other’s names, cases (appropriately), and coffee orders. Colleagues down the hall, not usernames in a queue. You’re chosen carefully, and you’re joined to people who were too.
Do the work you trained for
Relationships that continue, at a pace that lets therapy actually work. In person in Springfield, virtual across New Jersey, in-network with major New Jersey insurers — because care should be reachable for clients and sustainable for you.
“To create an environment where meaningful relationships are nurtured, lives are transformed, and where clients and staff feel safe, supported, and valued.”
— Mosaic’s vision, from day one. The “and staff” is not an afterthought.
Chosen slowly, on purpose.
Selecting the Mosaic team has always been a thoughtful process. These are the things we actually screen for:
A conversation, not a job board.
We’re not going to paste an invented job listing here to look busy. Compensation, schedules, licensure requirements, and whether we’re actively adding a clinician right now are conversations we have with real people — honestly, and early.
What we can tell you today: Mosaic is a real practice, not a staffing funnel. If the way we work sounds like the way you want to work, we’d like to hear from you — whether or not there’s a vacancy this month. Practices like this are built slowly, from people worth waiting for.
If this sounds like your kind of practice…
Start a conversation. Tell us who you are, how you work, and what you’re looking for in a clinical home. A real person reads every note.
