Couples Counseling
The same argument

You keep having the same fight with different endings. Or the same ending.

The things you don't say

You've learned which topics to avoid. Not because they don't matter, but because you're tired of where they lead.

Finding your way back to each other.

If you needed a name for it
A therapist might call this couples counseling—the work of understanding each other, repairing connection, and creating something stronger together.

Maybe you keep having the same argument. Maybe you feel more like roommates than partners. Maybe something happened that changed the way you trust each other, or you've simply drifted farther apart than either of you expected. These moments don't mean your relationship can't be repaired. They mean there is something worth paying attention to.

You don't have to have the answers before you come in. You don't have to agree on everything. Showing up together is a place to start.

Couples come to Mosaic for many reasons—recurring conflict, communication struggles, changes in family or life circumstances, a loss of connection, a breach of trust, or simply wanting to feel close again.

The work makes room for both people: your experiences, your needs, your hopes, and the relationship you're building together.

Couples come to Mosaic for all kinds of reasons — recurring conflict, a breach of trust, a big transition, or just a drift they can't name. The work makes room for both people, and for the relationship itself.

Who this is for

It's for couples at any stage of their relationship—dating, partnered, married, or building a life together—who want support with communication, conflict resolution, trust, intimacy, or navigating a change together. You don't have to be in crisis to come in. Sometimes reaching out is simply a way to understand each other better, strengthen your connection, and care for the relationship you're building.
