Children, Adolescents & Families
The ride, after

Everyone posts the recital. Nobody posts the ride home.

Most nights

You're raising a kid who won't look up from the phone, and you're scared you're already losing them.

If right now is heavier than a website should hold: call or text 988 — a real person, right now, free.

Support that fits the kid in front of you.

If you needed a name for it
A therapist might call this a family system under strain — not a failing kid, and not a failing parent.

Kids rarely have the words for what's going on, and parents rarely get to say the hard parts out loud. The work here makes room for both — a young person opening up at their own level, and caregivers as partners in it, not spectators.

Worrying about them this much isn't the problem. Carrying it alone is.

Kids and teens don't always have the words for what's going on—and they don't heal the way adults do. That's why therapy doesn't always happen through conversation alone. At Mosaic, our therapists use developmentally appropriate approaches, including play, art, creative expression, and other evidence-based interventions to help young people process emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood. We meet children and teens where they are, with caregivers as partners, not bystanders.

Who this is for

It's for children, adolescents, and young adults—and the families and caregivers who support them. Whether a young person is struggling at school, coping with anxiety, navigating friendships, adjusting to a divorce or other family changes, processing a loss, building confidence, managing big emotions, or moving through another difficult transition, there's support here for them and for the people walking alongside them.
