Countless conversations centered around the quintessential components of transformative therapy led to a vision. This vision became Mosaic, a sanctuary where meaningful relationships flourish, lives evolve, and where both clients and therapists feel safe, supported, and valued.

Meet Kristin:

•  Passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with 20+ years of experience.
•  Earned her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University.
• Served as a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare's Challenge Program.
• Former In-Home Therapist & Current Clinical Supervisor at Project99.
• Facilitator of premier training, workshops, and consulting services for mental health professionals, social service professionals, educators, and churches.
•  Proud professor shaping minds and hearts in the Social Work Department at Seton Hall University.
• Volunteer Trainer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
• Board Member for the Anti-Racist Mental Health Alliance of NJ.
• Areas of expertise include trauma, racism and race-based trauma, depression, suicide prevention, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship and attachment issues, and the integration of Christian faith and mental health.
